Is People's Exchange free?
Yes. The app is free with ads. People's Exchange Plus ($4.99/month) removes ads and is optional.
Can I sell things for cash?
No. It's for trading and giving only.
Who can use it?
Adults 18 and older. It's launching first in Reno-Sparks.
How do I stay safe?
Meet in public places, ideally a suggested exchange zone, bring a friend, keep chats in the app, and trust your gut.
How do I cancel Plus?
Cancel in your Apple or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
Report a problem
- A user or post: tap ⋯ on the profile, post or chat, then Report or Block.
- A bug or other issue: email support@peoplesexchange.app with what happened, your phone model and a screenshot (no passwords or codes).
- Danger or emergency: call 911 first.
Delete your account
In the app go to Settings > Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. Full details on our account deletion page.
